First introduced in Italy in the 1980s these units have been marketed under various names, but regardless of what you call them they have set the standard for power, safety, and reliability throughout the world. Though the units have been upgraded over the years, the basic trouble free design has remained the same. As one of the very few, if not the only steam cleaner dealers in the U.S. to actually use this type of equipment on a daily basis, nothing over the years has lived up to the durability of the Commercial 3000 and 4000 Series. We have used these units for every type of commercial application from cleaning filthy tile and grout in high traffic areas to extremely greasy restaurant hoods, ovens, equipment and more. All this cleaning was done with NO chemicals and utilized only the power of one person with a high quality steam vapor cleaner. To this day we have service units that date back to 1998, they have cleaned thousands of feet of tile, grout and more, one even fell out of a moving truck and outside of a few dents it still works as well as when it was brand new. These units have stainless steel bodies and boilers with the strongest extruded aluminum wands in the Industry. (We have read from an internet dealer that the extension wands get to hot to handle and dent easily, We found that somewhat amusing considering these attachments have come with these units for over 20 YEARS without a single complaint from employees or thousands of customers). Commercial 4000 C Steam Vapor Cleaner Warranty InformationThe factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale. Extended Warranty: Parts and Labor - 1 Year / Parts only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period. For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration. This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water. The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Instructions on How to Return your Out of Warranty Commercial 4000 C for Repair ServicesIf you require service or repair of your Commercial 4000 C after the warranty period has expired, you must contact us via phone (1-877-313-8453) or email so that we can provide you with the information you must include with your Out of Warranty Repair Payment and instructions for your Commercial 4000 C return and repair. All returns for repairs must be pre-approved by contacting us first for the required information to be included with your Out of Warranty Repair Authorization payment. Any out of warranty products returned for repair without this information and the prepayment will be refused and returned to the shipper. The manufacturer and retailer advises the customer to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer and retailer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The following charges apply only to those that are returning a Commercial 4000 C for repair when that Commercial 4000 C is outside of the posted warranty period. If your Commercial 4000 C is still covered by the warranty, please consult your warranty documents for information or feel free to contact us directly. A one-time non refundable fee of $99.00 includes up to 1 hour of repair labor time (excluding any parts required), this fee also provides for the return shipping of your unit back to you via ground shipping in the Continental U.S. This return for repair fee must be pre-paid so that we can accept your Commercial 4000 C for any out of warranty repair. Shipping Fee for your Commercial 4000 C Vapor Cleaner If your repair requires parts or additional repair time (beyond the 1st included hour) we will contact you with a price to complete the necessary repairs prior to those repairs being done.
