Q. What is "chemical-free
cleaning?
A. Chemical-free cleaning utilizes
new cleaning technology - a vapor-cleaning machine that requires no harsh or
dangerous chemicals to produce professional results. The only
"chemical" we use is tap water.
Q. How is this different from
other tile and grout cleaning companies?
A. Maid-in-U.S.A is the only company
in Palm Beach County, Florida to use this new technology to clean tile and
grout (i.e., floors, walls, countertops).
Q. Is this cleaning process as
effective as chemical-based cleaners?
A. Yes! In fact, this cleaning
process is more effective because it doesn't damage the surface of your floor

Q. Does this process cost more
than chemical cleaning?

Q. I just moved into a new
house, do I need your services?
A. Yes. Grout requires about 30
days to fully harden; homebuilders are responsible for laying the floor, not
sealing it. There's no better time to have your tile and grout sealed than
when they are brand new.

years older, the sooner you act the longer your fabric will last against the
ravages of acid rain, smog, soot, exhaust and the sun.

biodegradable cleaners to clean all types of fabrics, from sensitive banners
and backlites to heavy open weave materials. The cleansers act with a
solubilizing action to make the fabric's surface slippery so dirt and grime

Sealing - Our sealers help
keep your fabrics looking great and can last over two years when
professionally applied. The non-stick chemical barrier left behind minimizes
the accumulation of dirt and pollutants while helping to protect the surface
from UV damage and stains.

Coloring - Are your fabric
structures starting to look faded or discolored? Then maybe it's time to think
about revitalizing the color or making a complete color change. As long as the
fabric is structurally sound, there is no reason to pay for a recover. Our
Coating compounds come in over 1,400 different colors. In addition, we offer a
clear compound to protect new fabrics as well as hold together older brittle
fabrics.
