The heavy duty use Super Vapor 6  Steam Vapor Cleaner is able to generate steam vapor at about 250°F - 280°F at the steam nozzle corresponding to approximately 330°F inside the boiler, this high temperature at the cleaning nozzle  guaranties the perfect ecological hygiene and cleaning of the treated surface that you are cleaning.

The powerful pressure and high temperature steam vapor produced by the Super Vapor 6 on standard 110v power allows this unit to be easily used just about anywhere!

The Super Vapor 6 is designed for heavy duty large home, commercial and industrial cleaning uses and is an outstanding DRY steam vapor cleaning system for, machines, refrigerators, ovens, work tables, tile and grout cleaning and more.

Super Vapor 6 Steam Vapor Cleaner Warranty Information

The factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for the periods listed below from date of sale.

Extended Warranty: Parts and Labor - 1 Year / Parts only - 3 Years / Boiler - Lifetime

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period.

For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water.

The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

If you require service or repair of your Super Vapor 6 after the warranty period has expired, you must contact us via phone (1-877-313-8453) or email so that we can provide you with the information you must include with your Out of Warranty Repair Payment and instructions for your Super Vapor 6 return and repair.

All returns for repairs must be pre-approved by contacting us first for the required information to be included with your Out of Warranty Repair Authorization payment. Any out of warranty products returned for repair without this information and the prepayment will be refused and returned to the shipper. The manufacturer and retailer advises the customer to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer and retailer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

The following charges apply only to those that are returning a Super Vapor 6 for repair when that Super Vapor 6 is outside of the posted warranty period. If your Super Vapor 6 is still covered by the warranty, please consult your warranty documents for information or feel free to contact us directly.

A one-time non refundable fee of $129.00 includes up to 1 hour of repair labor time (excluding any parts required), this fee also provides for the return shipping of your unit back to you via ground shipping in the Continental U.S. This return for repair fee must be pre-paid so that we can accept your Super Vapor 6 for any out of warranty repair.

If your repair requires parts or additional repair time (beyond the 1st included hour) we will contact you with a price to complete the necessary repairs prior to those repairs being done.
