How the Swappy-2 works, the unique state of the art smart system design the Swappy 2 is able to combine the best of both worlds in one 120 volt unit. When the vacuum is activated the steamer switches to a lower power mode allowing it to continue generating steam while simultaneously vacuuming. When the vacuum is switched off, the steam vapor boiler returns back up to full power. This smart system technology allows the simultaneous use of both the steam vapor generator and the vacuum while working out of your standard 120 volt outlet. Swappy 2 Warranty Information The factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for a period of; One year Parts and Labor - Four years warranty on Boiler The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period.
