Though many of the internal components such as wiring and switches have been upgraded through the years, the original design has remained the same due to their unmatched durability. Tens of thousands of home owners throughout the world have enjoyed years of trouble free service with these models. They feature adjustable pressure, excellent power, and air operated finger tip trigger with lock that carries no current for maximum safety. The VS 1500 and VS 2000 have also eliminated many of the "bells and whistles" that often serve little purpose. The hoses are securely attached at assembly and last for years without ever needing service. We have also eliminated gauges that serve no real important function on a home use steam vapor cleaner. In the event parts or service are needed replacement part costs are some of the lowest if not the lowest in the Industry. So if you are looking for a time tested home steam cleaner at an excellent price the VS 1500, VS 2000 or VS 3000 could be for you. VS 1500 Steam Vapor Cleaner Warranty InformationThe factory warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, excluding accessories, shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for a period of; EXTENDED WARRANTY: 1 year from date of sale for Parts and Labor - 3 Years Parts - Lifetime warranty on Boiler The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at the Manufacturer's option, of any product that proves to be defective in manufacture or materials within above stated period. For this warranty to apply, the owner and/or user must follow the instructions provided herein, with the product. The proof of purchase (copy of invoice) must be submitted with return of the product. The product returned to the manufacturer is to be shipped prepaid in a protective carton. The manufacturer advises the purchaser to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. This Warranty is Void if: Product is damaged resulting from accident, misuse, improper operating, or unauthorized repair or alteration. This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than tap water. The manufacturer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury, property damage or monetary loss) that may be incurred from purchase, use, or inability/improper use of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Instructions on How to Return your Out of Warranty VS 1500 for Repair ServicesIf you require service or repair of your VS 1500 after the warranty period has expired, you must contact us via phone (1-877-313-8453) or email so that we can provide you with the information you must include with your Out of Warranty Repair Payment and instructions for your VS 1500 return and repair. All returns for repairs must be pre-approved by contacting us first for the required information to be included with your Out of Warranty Repair Authorization payment. Any out of warranty products returned for repair without this information and the prepayment will be refused and returned to the shipper. The manufacturer and retailer advises the customer to insure the shipment against possible loss or damage in transit. The manufacturer and retailer will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The following charges apply only to those that are returning a VS 1500 for repair when that VS 1500 is outside of the posted warranty period. If your VS 1500 is still covered by the warranty, please consult your warranty documents for information or feel free to contact us directly. A one-time non refundable fee of $99.00 includes up to 1 hour of repair labor time (excluding any parts required), this fee also provides for the return shipping of your unit back to you via ground shipping in the Continental U.S. This return for repair fee must be pre-paid so that we can accept your VS 1500 for any out of warranty repair.
